To conclude our Black History Month celebrations, we hosted a panel discussion and networking event with the spotlight on inspiring contemporary Black women who are making waves in their respective industries.
The theme for Black History Month this year was "Saluting our Sisters", which prompts us to think about the vital role Black women play in all aspects of life. As part of Trowers & Hamlins' Race, Ethnicity and Heritage Network's Black History Month activities we hosted a panel discussion followed by a networking lunch in our London office.
We heard from the following inspiring speakers:
- Adeola Gboyega, Professional Make-Up Artist
- Gina Obeng, Personal Trainer
- Abisola Aboh, Founder of Full Bloom Beauty
We were also delighted to exhibit art by Hannah Hamilton.
