Sharron Webster


Sharron Heads up the firm's Governance Team and specialises in providing corporate, governance and regulatory advice to a wide range of public and private bodies and entities operating in real estate, housing, charities, health and social care and local authority sectors.

One of Sharron's particular areas of expertise is advising on the implementation of corporate strategy, corporate restructuring, the establishment of new groups and creation of new group entities, mergers and group consolidations. – Sharron acts for the broadest range of businesses, both big and small, and acts for some of the largest housing and care providers in the country. 

As well as advising generally on regulatory issues and risk management, Sharron works closely with organisations, their boards and executive teams when those issues become more business critical. Sharron has helped many organisations navigate sensitive and tricky situations. 

As the firm's Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Sharron is also key the delivery of our own ED&I Strategy and meeting our ED&I targets. Her ED&I work also extends beyond our own business and into activities such with groups such as Aspiring Solicitors, 10,000 Black Interns, engagement with Housing Diversity Network and contributing to Leadership 2025, the leadership development programme available exclusively to senior leaders from BME backgrounds.
