We considered the different types of fraud, from the most serious and complex examples to the more pedestrian examples such as stationary theft and address the processes and policies that the employer needs to adopt.
Employers also have various obligations to protected the business/organisation from fraud losses and so will discuss those obligations, the importance of governance and the risks to employers who do not take sufficient steps to protect the business from fraud losses. We also considered the challenges of recovery of fraud losses from a litigation perspective.
