NHS Commercial Solutions is an NHS procurement organisation providing a range of services, including collaborative procurement, supply chain, bespoke projects and e-enablement.
The new framework came into effect on 1 February 2019 and will run for four years. Firms had to qualify in core competencies of Commercial, Property and Employment law to get on the panel and Trowers were one of 12 firms out of 19 were appointed on all eight lots including; Commercial and corporate, Employment, Property, Health, Primary Care, Mental Health, Healthcare projects and NHS Governance and Public Law.

NHS Commercial Solutions is hosted by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust; the framework agreement will be awarded by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust on behalf of NHS Commercial Solutions.
