International law firm Trowers & Hamlins continues to expand its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team with the recent hire of Isabelle Kilner into the London office.
Isabelle has first rate experience in advising businesses seeking to IPO, quoted companies and investment banks on a broad range of public company transactions. She joins the Trowers ECM team to drive growth, and is responsible for executing transactions and managing client relationships.
Since joining at the beginning of 2018, Ed Hooper, Head of ECM at Trowers has hand-picked a team of specialist lawyers, passionate about advising companies on their fundraising, M&A and general corporate advisory needs. The team are trusted advisers to an active portfolio of businesses, directors, shareholders and financial institutions and has recently advised a mix of over 30 quoted companies and their advisers on fundraisings, IPOs, acquisitions, de-listings and restructurings. The team also acts for an exciting portfolio of high-growth companies with future plans to IPO.
The ECM team specialises in advising ambitious quoted companies (and those seeking to IPO) on executing their growth strategies, including through fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals of non-core assets. Growth is very much a core value within this entrepreneurial team, which is itself committed to expanding its quoted client base and specialist team further over the year ahead, an objective underwritten by a strong pipeline of transactions for Q1 of 2021 and beyond.
