International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened its Projects and Construction offering with the hire of new partner Michael Chilton, who will be based in the firm's London office.
Michael is a construction and engineering specialist, with vast experience in advising developers, banks, pension funds, public sector bodies, contractors and sub-contractors on construction procurement routes and all types of construction documentation including development agreements, agreements for lease and framework agreements in relation to development and infrastructure projects. Michael's main focus is on transactional work but he also has experience of advising on disputes and dispute avoidance.
A qualified lawyer of 22 years, Michael re-joins Trowers from Thrings LLP after initially being with the firm from 2003-2005.
