Stephanie Canham
Stephanie is our National Head of Construction. She is a well-known and highly-respected commercial construction specialist with over 30 years' experience.
Stephanie predominantly acts for private/commercial developers. Stephanie is a key adviser to many private developers including The Berkeley Group plc and all of its divisions (St Edward, Berkeley Homes, St William, St James, St Joseph and St George) for whom she has acted for over 20 years; Eco World and Anthology to name a few.
Stephanie is often sought out direct by potential clients based on her reputation and that of her team to act on complex construction matters. Stephanie frequently advises purchaser-side clients on the construction aspects of significant complex developments and drafts bespoke contracts for clients to use across their developments.
Stephanie sits on the Construction specialists Committee of the City of London Law Society, has a monthly blog for Building Magazine and is advising the Ministry of Housing on expediting the acceptance of modern methods of construction by warranty insurance providers.
