Trowers & Hamlins has hired partner Hilary Pitts to its expanding Real Estate team.
Hilary has extensive experience acting for and advising housing associations on the acquisition and sale of land, stock transfer, stock rationalisations and plot sales as well as advising clients on bank finance and refinancing work. In addition, Hilary's vast experience in acting for open market developers, acquiring sites for development and setting up sale schemes complements the strengths of the existing team. She is also recognised as a leading practitioner for Social Housing in both Legal 500 and Chambers rankings.
A qualified lawyer of 16 years, Hilary joins Trowers from Stephens Scown LLP.
