International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised husband and wife owners, Ian and Nicola Hartland, on the sale of their business Meditelle Ltd (Meditelle) to Agile Group Holdings Limited.
With its operation based in Birmingham, Meditelle has been run by Ian and Nicola for 25 years. During this time it has grown to become a leading manufacturer of specialist professional medical, health and therapy equipment. Meditelle works closely with customers in the medical and healthcare industries as well as other organisations across the UK.
