Annie Drew


Annie is an Associate in the Employment & Pensions Department, having completed a training contract with the firm in September 2024.

Annie's experience includes assisting with Employment Tribunal claims involving discrimination and unfair dismissal, in addition to drafting employment contracts, director's service agreements and settlement agreements. Annie has gained further experience in issues around recruitment and retention, equal pay and redundancy. Annie's experience also includes non-contentious matters and she has experience in assisting on non-contentious issues and day-to-day queries, including disciplinary and grievance matters. 

During her training contract, Annie also gained experience within Real Estate, Construction Disputes and Planning & Environmental law. 

Annie is an active member of the firm's Social Impact Committee and Disability Network. She also sits as a magistrate within the family court.
