Trowers & Hamlins has advised on the sale of multiple franchise operations to an existing large Domino's Pizza Group operator.
Niraj Madlani and his associated companies have operated a highly successful chain of Domino's Pizza Group franchises across multiple stores in London and the South East, for twenty six years.
Corporate Partner, Stuart Mathews and Corporate Senior Associate, Matt Libby, led the Trowers team, comprising lawyers from multiple specialisms including Corporate (Luke Cummings), Real Estate (Kelly Brown) and Employment (John Turnbull and Steph Taylor). The deal completed with financial and taxation advice from Richard Tyler of Simpkins Edwards.
Commenting on the sale, Niraj Madlani, selling shareholder, said:
