Matthew Libby
Matthew is a corporate lawyer who advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and private equity investments.
Before working in the legal sector, Matthew studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Bristol. He then worked abroad for an international bank. He has an LLB Law degree and also an MSc in Business, Law and Management.
