Forhad is a solicitor in our Real Estate Finance team, with over 5 years of experience acting for registered providers as borrowers.
Forhad specialises in real estate property finance, in particular advising funders and borrowers on the property aspects of charging large portfolios of residential properties for bank lending, bond issues, private placement, restructure, refinancing and securitisation purposes.
Forhad has assisted on a number of refinancings, mergers and some of the largest bond issues seen in the sector to date.
Forhad has extensive experience of advising borrowers in relation to all due diligence and preparation of certificates of title and has a pragmatic approach in satisfying conditions precedent required under the security documentation.
