Nikita has built significant experience advising a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, promoters, and registered providers, on their development transactions.
She works on all aspects of residential and mixed use schemes, including 'instant' acquisitions and disposals, but has a particular focus on advising large scale strategic land acquisitions, including option and promotion agreements, helping clients to secure sites with the potential to be developed, for housing in the future.
Nikita also has experience in advising on complex title issues, vacant possession, planning aspects and sub sales, in addition to advising on sales of fully let Student Accommodation for international investors.
Her recent experience includes advising The Hyde Group on their strategic acquisition of multiple parcels of land at Charlton Riverside for £58m – an exciting regeneration scheme that has the potential to provide a significant amount of new housing for Greenwich as part of a major mixed use development.
