Jennifer Barnett
Jennifer is a Solicitor working for both the Employment and Pensions teams in the firm's London office.
She completed her training contract with us and qualified in March 2021. On the Employment side, she has assisted with both contentious and non-contentious employment law work including disciplinary, grievance and appeal procedures, redundancy proceedings, settlement agreements, investigations, unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, and has assisted with employment due diligence on corporate transactions. Her pensions experience includes dealing with auto-enrolment queries, ill health early retirement, amendments to trust deeds and issues related to the Social Housing Pension Scheme and Local Government Pension Scheme.
During her training contract, Jennifer completed seats in Real Estate (Investment and Development), Corporate Commercial, Employment and a secondment in the Energy and Natural Recourses team in the firm's Abu Dhabi office.
