Jordan Bosi

He has experience acting for a range of client-types within the construction industry including employers, contractors, developers and Management Companies.

In particular, Jordan has a lot of recent experience advising on fire safety defect claims. He is experienced in reviewing applicable standard form building contracts & consultant appointments, government funding guidance and insurance documents alike to advise clients on their respective rights and/or liabilities. He has a good understanding of the obligations imposed on designers and contractors by the Building Regulations as well as possible routes to compliance, including guidance documents such as Approved Document B.

Outside of fire safety claims, Jordan has acted on several adjudications for parties including a large main contractor based in the midlands. The adjudications have covered a range of dispute-types including, 'smash and grab' adjudications, claims for loss & expense, final account disputes and delay.
