Rosie Brown
Rosie is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department in our Exeter office.
Rosie has a broad practice and advises a range of clients, including individuals, companies, charitable organisations, and local authorities. In particular, Rosie regularly advises on Estate, Trust and Will disputes, contractual disputes between local authorities and care providers, and has a particular interest in contentious Court of Protection and capacity matters. Rosie has a developing specialism in Inquests and has experience working on varied, complex Inquests including those involving Article 2 ECHR.
Rosie has experience of both the County Court and High Court, as well as methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation.
Rosie is an Associate Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists ("ACTAPS").
