Keith Cornell

Keith is a Senior Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Real Estate department.

Keith qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has over 15 years' experience dealing with a wide range of property transactions acting for private clients, companies, nationwide builders, Registered Providers, lenders and trustees.

He specialises in drafting the legal documentation and sales packs for both open market schemes (including for overseas sales and retirement village schemes) and affordable housing schemes, ranging from small single phased developments with less than 10 units to the largest 1000+ unit multi phased schemes. His extensive experience includes many years of acting for clients from all walks of life in relation to their sales and purchases of residential property and his experience acting for buyers and high street lenders is invaluable when advising on the drafting of documentation that meets both the clients' and buyers' needs.  He works collaboratively with clients' panel solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process once the schemes are handed over to the sales team and go live.
