Hari Dhillon

Hari assists across a range of commercial property, affordable housing and development matters. Hari's work includes a particular focus on residential development transactions and strategic land projects. Hari has also worked on a variety of property transactions including investment transactions, mixed use development schemes, regeneration projects, land promotions, site assembly and commercial freehold and leasehold transactions. Hari has worked with a variety of corporate bodies, local authorities and public bodies, developers, housebuilders and registered providers.

Hari has experience in conducting detailed property due diligence including detailed title investigation, and experience across all stages of a transaction, including the pre-contract, exchange, completion and post-completion stages. Hari's proactive, organised and committed approach allows Hari to effectively manage tasks individually and efficiently support other fee earners on large scale projects.

Hari completed his training contract at the firm in March 2020. During his training contract, Hari gained a variety of experience across the firm's core practice areas, undertaking seats in real estate, property litigation and corporate commercial. 

Hari is also part of the firm's religion and belief network.
