Melanie Salsbury

Melanie commenced her career in Housing Management and Litigation more than 20 years ago.  During Melanie's 18 years spent as a Paralegal she has acted for and represented Registered Providers and her range of experience includes representing clients at Court in relation to rent arrears and applications to suspend Warrants of Possession and providing training to clients in this respect, anti-social behaviour Injunctions and Possession claims for anti-social behaviour and breach of tenancy.

Melanie also has experience in squatter proceedings and abandonment and running cases for Injunctions for non access for gas servicing as well as former tenancy and service charge arrears and small claims.
