Robyn Engstrom


Robyn is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Department.

Robyn specialises in Restructuring and Insolvency, providing support across a range of insolvency matters, including personal and corporate insolvency, distressed transactions, debt recovery, and insolvency-related litigation such as misfeasance and antecedent transaction claims.

Robyn also has experience of working on contractual disputes, advising on contractual interpretation, breach of contract claims and disputes relating to performance of contractual obligations.

Having undertaken her training contract at Trowers & Hamlins, Robyn completed training seats in Real Estate, Commercial Litigation, Planning & Environmental and Employment & Pensions, gaining experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Robyn worked as a Paralegal in the Firm's Real Estate department.
