Alex Frankland


Alex works for a range of private developers and registered providers on development site acquisitions and disposals on both freehold and leasehold bases as well as a range of other property advice.

Alex advises on a wide range of matters including site acquisitions, development and estate regeneration schemes and large scale disposals.

Alex drafts and negotiates development agreements, agreements conditional on planning, stock transfers, 'golden brick' contracts, option agreements and leases. Alex advises on planning and infrastructure matters such as S106, S38/S278 and S104 agreements. Alex has also led site set-ups for residential sales for both private developers and registered providers including negotiating contracts, drafting of transfers and leases.

Alex has experience producing reports on title for clients; reviewing and advising on the title and reporting on key issues in purchasing a property or development site and interpreting the results of searches from local authorities and utility providers
