Daniel Frawley

Daniel is based in the London office. Daniel first joined us in 2017 as a paralegal in our Real Estate department. In 2019 he started his training contract with us and completed seats in our Corporate and Commercial department, Real Estate department (Investment and Development), Property Litigation department and Risk and Compliance.

Throughout his career with us, Daniel has engaged in a diverse range of Real Estate transactions including portfolio transfers, portfolio re-financings, investment acquisitions (including financing), disposals, asset management, income strips, development, and the acquisition and leasing of land for schools. Daniel has worked with a range of clients from public bodies to institutional investors.
