Moad is a partner in the Trowers & Hamlins corporate department based in Birmingham.
He is experienced in advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial work including:

- indirect real estate transactions
Moad has advised clients in a variety of different sectors including the advanced manufacturing and technology sectors, the recruitment sector and the indirect real estate sectors.
Moad regularly advises on company share sales and purchases, business and asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, corporate restructures and reorganisations, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership agreements.
