Olenka is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation department and is based in the London office.
Olenka has experience advising on a range of landlord and tenant disputes which include 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations claims, break rights, recovery of rent arrears, service charge disputes, forfeiture, and possession claims.
Olenka also assists on development disputes relating to rights of light and adverse possession.
Olenka qualified as a solicitor in September 2022 and is on the Junior Property Litigation Association committee.
