Megan Daniels


Megan is an Associate Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Manchester.

Megan is a property litigator and has a strong interest in Landlord and Tenant law. Megan acts for a variety of clients, including large corporates, social landlords, and private individuals, on a broad range of property related disputes.

Megan has particular experience in managing large property portfolios, and regularly advises on landlord and tenant disputes, including forfeiture and relief from forfeiture cases, business tenancy renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (contested and uncontested), commercial dilapidations, serving break notices and advising as to complex break conditions, lease interpretation issues, breach of covenant cases, injunctions and recovering rent arrears. Megan is also experienced in removing trespassers.

In respect of residential property, evicting tenants in compliance with the Protection from Eviction Act 1977 and the various Housing Acts. Megan is also experienced in residential disrepair claims.

Further examples of the types of cases Megan is involved in include: rights to light claims and telecommunications lease issues.
