Susan has had over 25 years' experience as a Partner in the Real Estate sector and is an industry leader specialising in all aspects of residential property, including acquisitions, disposals, financing and leasehold enfranchisement

With particular focus on the Middle East, she acts for high net worth individuals, companies, trusts and charities, along with national and international banks.

Susan's work includes a broad spectrum of property finance including transactions in the residential, retail and student accommodation sector, using conventional and Shari'ah-compliant finance structures. Susan advises the key players in the UK Islamic finance market and advises on many Islamic finance structures, including Musharakah, Ijarah, Murabaha and Commodity Murabaha.
