James McCormack
James is a Managing Associate in our Real Estate department.
James has over 10 years' experience acting for registered providers of social housing, local authorities, developers, housebuilders and institutional investors across a broad range of real estate and development matters.
James leads on real estate joint venture projects, for both new developments and estate regenerations, covering the full life cycle of arrangements – from corporate, funding and tax matters on establishment, through to land structuring, development arrangements and sales.
Other areas of expertise include real estate acquisitions and disposals, affordable housing development issues, real estate financing, and complex land dealings (such as option agreements and overage provisions).
