John Mousicos
John is a Solicitor in the Property Litigation team in our Exeter office.
John joined Trowers & Hamlins in August 2022 and advises on all contentious property matters.
John has a wide expertise in residential and commercial property disputes, advising a range of clients including, institutional property investors, local authorities and private clients on matters relating to the Housing Act 1988 and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. This includes possession claims, rent increases, lease termination and renewal, dilapidations, breach of covenant, break notices and service charge matters. He also advises on issues relating to restrictive covenants, adverse possession, rights of way, and nuisance claims amongst other areas of property litigation.
