Neerali Madhvani
Neerali is a Solicitor in Trowers & Hamlins' Property Litigation department, who specialises in resolving all manner of commercial and residential property disputes.
Neerali qualified as a solicitor in 2015, and joined the firm in July 2019 from another leading practice. She is based in our Birmingham office and has over 6 years' litigation experience acting in the County Court, High Court, First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.
Neerali acts for a range of clients including UK property companies with large portfolios, developers, corporate occupiers, high net worth individuals, insurers and public sector clients. She is developing particular expertise in dealing with Landlord and Tenant asset management matters, business lease renewals, claims for dilapidations, and contractual disputes including seven figure claims for specific performance.
Whilst always prepared to fight her clients' corner insofar as necessary, Neerali fully appreciates the commercial context in which her clients operate. She therefore delivers her advice according to their objectives.
