Meadow O'Connor


Meadow is a Solicitor in the Property Dispute Resolution and Litigation team, advising clients across the country and internationally on commercial, residential and agricultural property queries.

Meadow specialises in agricultural property queries and disputes, including tenancies pursuant to the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. She has experience advising on occupation status and associated rights, security of tenure and obtaining vacant possession of land. She has a strong understanding of the agricultural sector with knowledge on farming and rural matters, and experience in that field.

Meadow advises private and public sector clients on a range of matters affecting land and its use, including landlord and tenant issues (with experience acting for either party), rights of way and easements, restrictive covenants, boundary queries and disputes, mining and minerals rights, trespass to land and neighbours disputes. She has experience advising on niche matters related to party walls, town and village greens and assets of community value.

Meadow also acts on a range of leasehold matters including lease extension and enfranchisement, breach of covenant, income recovery and disrepair claims, with experience acting for both landlord and tenant at the pre-action stage and once proceedings have been issued. She also has experience in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
