Justyna Peacock


Justyna is an Associate in our Private Wealth team, based in the Exeter office.

Justyna has over 17 years experience in the private client sector. She advises on probate and estate administration, including obtaining grants of probate for UK and non-UK domiciled individuals on taxable and non-taxable estates. Her work includes complex estates with UK and foreign assets. She helps clients to claim IHT reliefs and prepare necessary probate documents. Justyna acts for private individuals including executors, trustees and attorneys.

She also advises on drafting simple and asset protection Wills, including life interest trusts, estate planning, assistance with elderly client matters, drafting and registration of lasting powers of attorney, registration of enduring powers of attorney, preparation of deeds of variation, declaration of trusts and personal injury trust creation. 

Justyna's particular interests include assisting on farming related private client matters, having grown up on a farm in Poland. This work includes estate administration where agricultural property relief and business property relief availability is assessed and estate planning where agricultural land is involved. 

Justyna works closely with other professional individuals in Devon such as accountants, land agents and financial advisers. 

Justyna qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020 and is a fellow member of Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has a business degree from a university in Poland. 

Justyna is fluent in written and spoken Polish.
