Daniel is a Senior Associate in the International Dispute Resolution department.  

Daniel has practiced in the UAE since 2013. He is a commercial disputes lawyer with significant experience of litigating in the wider Middle East, DIFC, English and UAE onshore Courts, as well as the major arbitral centres in the UAE and internationally (including DIAC, the DIFC-LCIA, LCIA, PCA and ICC) along with experience of investigations and whistleblowing.

Daniel has acted for a broad variety of clients including private and listed multinational corporations, insurance and reinsurance companies, high-net-worth individuals and regional family offices. 

He has experience acting for clients in disputes involving a wide range of jurisdictions including the UAE, England, the Isle of Man, the British Virgin Islands, the USA, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, India and Pakistan.
