Emma Salvatore


Emma has almost 20 years' experience in residential landlord and tenant law, both in the private sector and in relation to social housing

Acting for a large number of RP clients, as well as Local Authorities, Almshouse charities, private investors and developers, her caseload is varied.

Emma often advises on issues affecting development of land, include rights of way and other easements, Town and Village Green applications and Asset of Community Value registration. She has advised a broad range of clients on vacant possession strategies for estate regeneration. Emma also deals with residential possession claims and housing management litigation, as well as leasehold enfranchisement.

Emma qualified as a legal executive in 1998 and as a solicitor in 2012 and she has specialised in real estate litigation since 1999.
