Jenny Standfast


Jenny is a Managing Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Dispute Resolution & Litigation department. Jenny works in the Property Litigation team, which she joined on qualification in October 2008.

She acts for pension funds, property investment trusts and companies, local authorities, registered providers and individuals in relation to commercial property (shopping centres, industrial parks and offices), residential property and development sites.

She advises on a range of property matters including issues relating to the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, break notices, recovery of rent and service charge arrears, landlords' consents, telecommunications, squatters and adverse possession and all aspects of residential housing management. She has also provided advice in relation to rights to light, easements, restrictive covenants and rent reviews.

Jenny is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
