Emily Verbiski
Emily is an Associate in the International Dispute Resolution and Litigation department of Trowers & Hamlins LLP, which she joined in January 2023.
Her experience includes advising clients in complex, high-value and multi-party disputes across the Middle East and cross-border, including at the DIFC and UAE onshore Courts as well as major arbitral centres in the UAE and in Court proceedings throughout the Middle East and internationally.
She has experience acting on behalf of a wide range of clients such as private and listed multinational corporations, banks, and high-net-worth individuals from pre-action through to trial and enforcement. As a result, Emily has advised in various industry sectors, including but not limited to, corporate commercial, banking and finance, insurance, regulatory complaints, and telecommunications.
