Kasab has acted for banks, financial institutions, multinational companies as well as corporate borrowers on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions with particular focus on real estate finance, corporate finance, project and infrastructure finance, trade finance, debt capital markets and regulatory issues.
His experience spans across various sectors, such as real estate, energy, hospitality, financial institutions, media, manufacturing and education. He commenced his career with a reputable Indian law firm in 2018, and is admitted as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa (India).
