Alex is an associate in our Projects and Construction department, with experience acting for a range of private and public sector clients, including national and international developers, funders, local governments and registered providers, on all stages of the construction process.

She is experienced in drafting a variety of construction contracts, including building contracts, development agreements, consultant appointments, development management agreements, construction management agreements, novations, bonds, guarantees, letters of intent and collateral warranties.
