Lindsey Whittle


Lindsey has experience of advising a broad range of clients on contentious commercial landlord and tenant matters. 

This includes advising on dilapidations claims and reinstatement, lease renewals under the 1954 Act, break notices and break rights, tenant insolvency including CVAs and recovery of rent arrears.

She also advises on disputes relating to development matters including rights of light, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and easements, acting for clients across the real estate sector including developers, indemnity insurers, institutional property investors, housing associations, occupiers of commercial and residential property and private individuals.

Lindsey is Chair of the Junior Property Litigation Association.
