How can we help you?

Just after our last webinar on this issue on 12 August 2020 entitled "Spotlight on Possession Proceedings after 24 August 2020", things changed once again and the moratorium was extended until 20 September.

On 17 September 2020 we had a flurry of guidance and landlord and tenants alike are having to learn to live in the new normal when it comes to things such as possession proceedings, local lockdowns and physically attending court.

PD55C is in now in effect and in this webinar we will take a closer at the changes which have come into force to enable you to avoid any pitfalls when commencing and reactivating possession proceedings.

Speakers are:

  • Michelle Caney, Barrister, St. Ives Chambers
  • Yetunde Dania, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins
