How can we help you?

For the third instalment of our Summer of Inclusivity series, we'll be discussing the ever shifting culture war of hybrid working.

The pandemic launched hybrid working for a lot of workplaces, and at the time many people thought permanent home working was here to stay. However, as time goes on, differing opinions are emerging between those who see home and hybrid working as the future of work, and those who would prefer a return to full time attendance in the workplace. How can employers of the future balance these different viewpoints? How can they decide which approach right for their business?

These issues can feel like unchartered waters, but we're here to help navigate and explore them. Rebecca McGuirk will be joined by Nicola Ihnatowicz and Stephanie Taylor, and they will be pleased to answer your questions submitted beforehand and during the session.

This session is being recorded and will be made available on our website. To see the full details of how this data will be managed, please see our fair processing notice.

We look forward to you joining the conversation on Tuesday.
