Our first session was an introduction to our month of TUPE celebrations! TUPE came into force from 1 February 1982 and has spent the last 40 years giving People professionals (and employment lawyers!) lots to talk about.
In this session looked at how the history of TUPE and key cases have shaped the TUPE landscape today, and how best practice has evolved. This session was perfect for anyone working on the TUPE "coalface".
