On 26 October 2024, a new duty on employers to proactively take "reasonable steps" to prevent sexual harassment comes into force. Emma Burrows was joined by Laura Welchew and Vikki Cunliffe to find out what this means in practice.  

They discussed how the new duty compares with the existing statutory regime and what employers need to do to comply with the new duty including their list of practical steps to put in place before the end of October.
