International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has won the 'Excellence in Talent Management and Learning and Development' award at the People in Law awards 2020. The awards acknowledge the very best people achievements across the legal industry in the UK.
Trowers was also shortlisted for Senior HR Ally (Georgina Savill-James); Best HR Innovation through Technology and HR Team of the Year.
The firm won the award for the success of its Pathways to Partnership programme. Pathways to Partnership is the firm's development programme for future partners led by the partnership and business services directors, along with external consultant's de-Winton Williams. The judges commended the programme's "partner-led approach" and "tough commercial edge".
