International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has recruited new partner Steven Raize to it's corporate team based in the firm's London office.
Steven brings a broad level of experience in private company M&A, cross-border transactions, asset sales, joint ventures, owner managed businesses and group reorganisations. He has developed a particular specialism of advising owners, trade buyers and PE funds on transactions in the TMT and Recruitment sectors. Steven has also been recognised, in The Legal 500, as having extensive experience in the recruitment sector and is a name to note for his work advising companies in the recruitment, technology and media sectors.
A qualified lawyer of 25 years, Steven joins Trowers from Gateley Plc.
