International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Warwick District Council on the financing of a new partnership with Vistry Partnerships that will lead to the development of over 600 homes.
The 76.6-acre site in Kenilworth has planning permission for up to 620 homes including 40% affordable homes, which are zero-carbon and built to 'national development space' standards as well as the development of a primary school in a project that will last eight years.

The Trowers team consisted of Imogen Fisher and Neil Waller who led on Banking, Darren Ashworth and Matthew Johnson on the affordable housing deal, Amy Shaw and James McCormack advising on property funding matters and Andy Waite on Construction with input from Sophie Emerson-Mcintee on Planning.
