International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has recruited Claire Atkins to its Projects and Construction team in Exeter.
Claire is an experienced 15 year qualified non-contentious construction specialist, joining Trower's from Paris Smith LLP, with vast experience in advising developers, landowners, pension funds, fund and asset managers, NHS bodies, landlords, tenants, funders, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. Claire's main focus is on transactional construction matters for commercial clients where she has worked extensively on drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke forms of documentation including building contracts, bonds and guarantees, appointments, collateral warranties, novations and complex commercial property and development finance documentation.
