Emily Green, Early Talent Officer at Trowers & Hamlins, received the Rising Star award at the People in Law Awards 2024.
Now in its tenth year, the People in Law Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements made from people management teams working in the legal industry in the UK, and recognises the dedication of those employees who are working hard to create more inclusive, diverse, equal and healthier workforces.
The judges commended Emily for having 'a phenomenal impact in their first, full-time, work role' and for 'being persuasive, modest, emotionally intelligent, and having first rate analytical skills'. Emily was also recognised for having 'presented and explained concepts and proposals across the firm and at board level and driven, ground-breaking projects with major cultural impact.'
Trowers was highly commended in the Excellence in ED&I category for its TrowersConnect's platform and there was also individual recognition for Jacqui Bernuzzi, who was highly commended in the Best People Professional category.
