How can we help you?

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been recognised as one of Britain's healthiest places to work in an annual survey by the Financial Times.

The survey of 31,950 employees and 167 companies shows the UK's healthiest workplaces, across large, medium and small sized businesses, from across the public and private sectors.

By adjusting for demographic profile and examining culture and leadership, the survey not only captures those companies that have recruited healthy and productive workforces, but also those that help employees to improve their health and productivity.

The scores were compiled by gathering data on nine different risk factors, including smoking habits, nutrition and physical activity, along with workplace wellness interventions, facilities and services.

Senior partner, Jennie Gubbins commented:

"I would like to thank everybody for their commitment to making our workplace healthy. It is wonderful to be recognised amongst some well-known UK brands from many different sectors and to celebrate the dedication and hard work that goes into making Trowers a great place to work."

The annual assessment was developed by VitalityHealth, and is produced in partnership with the Financial Times, Rand Europe, the research consultancy, the University of Cambridge, and Mercer, the human resources consultants.

The firm also won a HR in Law Award this year for Health & Wellbeing.
