Paul Bartter


Paul is a Partner in the Projects and Construction department. He has extensive non-contentious construction experience covering a wide array of areas.

The areas where Paul has acted for public bodies, landowners, funders, private sector developers and contractors include: leisure and retail; property and city centre redevelopments; healthcare; education and student accommodation; waste treatment; energy (including renewables); infrastructure (including roads, bridges, tunnels and ports); and the PFI secondary market.

Paul specialises in large scale residential and mixed use developments, energy from waste and infrastructure projects. His experience includes negotiating and drafting a variety of construction documents including strategic project documents, construction, engineering, operating and facilities maintenance contracts, professional appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees and many associated transactional documents.

Paul has been working closely on and leading offsite development projects and modular initiatives.
